Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide your order number or original receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from returns for health and safety reasons:

Intimate apparel (e.g., swimwear, underwear).

Personalized or custom-made items.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event.

Gift cards.

Digital download products.

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

Opened beauty products or skincare items.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at niubeestore01@gmail.com within the return period. Include your order number and reason for the return.

Get Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Ship the Item: Mail your returned item in its original packaging, including all accessories, to the address we provide. Please include the RMA number on a piece of paper inside the package.

Note: Returns that are sent without prior authorization (an RMA number) may not be accepted or processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer-Initiated Returns (e.g., change of mind): The customer is responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Store-Error Returns (e.g., wrong item, defective item): We will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for reasonable shipping costs upon receipt of the return.

5. Refund Processing
Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

After Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

Processing Time: You will receive your refund within [5-10] business days of our approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Form of Refund: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In some cases, store credit or an exchange may be offered (e.g., if a direct refund is not possible).

6. Exchanges
We currently only process returns for refunds. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (once your refund is processed) and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within [2] days of delivery)  with photos or video evidence of the issue. We will happily arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

8. Store Credit
If you prefer, we can issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card code for the value of your return. This code will be emailed to you and never expires.
